In the second part of her paper, Lucia presented a detailed analysis of the activities carried out within Cleantech, explaining how the integration process was planned to be gradual and inclusive, aiming for evolution rather than revolution, and actively involving people.
Parallel to her studies, Lucia held a part-time role at Dulevo, managing a purchasing portfolio worth €25 million per year, focused on components such as wiring harnesses, electronics, and plastics. Despite her university commitment, Lucia actively participated in the process of integrating purchasing teams, including taking part in international meetings, such as the meeting at Scarab, and contributing with her colleagues to contain costs and foster a policy of quality and technological improvement on her assigned categories.
