A new Meeting Area has recently been created within the Dulevo production plant, a space designed to encourage daily discussion, information sharing, and the direct involvement of production workers.
The Production Meeting Area is located directly on the production line, at the heart of production, with the aim of making meetings more operational and immersed in the real context of the factory.
Every morning, this space hosts the plant's Morning Meeting, a daily alignment session attended by the Manufacturing Director and his staff. During the meeting, production trends, key performance indicators, and any critical issues that have emerged are analyzed, with the aim of taking prompt action and continuously improving processes.
The Production Meeting Area also becomes the reference point for Team Leaders, who meet to check and manage day-to-day operational issues, monitoring line activities and coordinating the actions necessary to ensure production efficiency.
The area has been designed as a real dashboard for the plant. It displays and updates the main production KPIs, which are constantly monitored by the various departments involved, including Operations, Safety, Environment, and Quality.
The visibility of the data allows everyone to have a clear picture of the plant's performance and to work in a more coordinated manner on common objectives.
The Meeting Area is also open to other company departments, which are encouraged to use it to organize meetings “immersed in the factory”, thus promoting greater connection between departments and the production world.
In addition to operational indicators, the space also hosts several information sections dedicated to company life. These include:
• a company information dashboard with internal communications and monthly events;
• a space dedicated to product news and developments presented by R&D;
• a section dedicated to actions on lines and equipment, with updates on ongoing interventions and improvements.
The main objective of this initiative is to strengthen the involvement of production workers, improve communication between departments, and make the monitoring and management of factory activities increasingly effective.
