With each passing year, sustainability becomes ever more deeply embedded in the way Dulevo operates. The 2025 Sustainability Report chronicles this journey through results, initiatives and projects that demonstrate a commitment involving the entire organisation.
2025 marked a further step forward, as the activities described in the Report do not stem from a mere reporting obligation, but from informed choices and concrete actions, developed at all levels of the company.
Our approach is guided by the dual materiality framework, which enables us to analyse, on the one hand, how ESG issues influence our business and, on the other, how our activities impact people, communities and the environment. Over the course of the year, we have deepened and updated this analysis, involving both internal and external stakeholders and thereby refining our strategic priorities.
People have been at the heart of this journey. The workplace climate survey achieved a 95.8 per cent response rate, providing valuable insights on which to build concrete actions. We also began the process towards UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification on gender equality, completed the Sustainability Transition programme with Bologna Business School dedicated to the Works Council and ESG Ambassadors, and strengthened the role of our network of Ambassadors, who are increasingly present in departments as operational representatives and agents of change.
2025 also saw our first structured corporate volunteering project, which involved 50 employees dedicating a total of 200 hours to the local community, transforming our commitment to the community into a tangible, shared experience.
On the environmental front, our work continued through measurement, planning and action. The first Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) carried out on two products in our range will enable us to quantify the environmental impact of our machines throughout their entire life cycle, providing new tools to guide future design and development decisions.
Added to this is the completion, in April 2025, of the Dulevo Wood, with the planting of 1,040 native trees – a project that tangibly represents our commitment to the local area and to environmental protection, in collaboration with the KilometroVerdeParma Consortium, as part of the Emilia-Romagna Region’s ‘Mettiamo radici per il futuro’ (Putting down roots for the future) project. The woodland has also obtained PEFC certification, which ensures its sustainable management.
The 2025 Sustainability Report is therefore much more than a snapshot of the past year; it bears witness to a constantly evolving journey, built on the contributions of our people, listening to our stakeholders and the determination to turn sustainability objectives into measurable actions.
For Dulevo, sustainability is not a destination, but a way of building our future, day by day.
