Dulevo has taken a further step forward in its ESG journey by achieving UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification for gender equality and by joining Fondazione Libellula, Italy’s first network of companies committed to preventing gender-based violence and promoting a culture founded on respect, fairness and inclusion.
The UNI/PdR 125 certification recognises the company’s commitment to promoting a fair, inclusive working environment that focuses on the development of its people. The standard assesses strategic aspects such as opportunities for professional development, equal pay, support for parents, work-life balance and the organisation’s ability to ensure equal opportunities at all levels.
This achievement forms part of the sustainability journey that Dulevo has been pursuing for years, based on the conviction that the company’s growth also depends on the quality of its relationships, the development of talent and the building of a responsible organisational culture.
Its membership of Fondazione Libellula is a step in the same direction, a decision that reinforces the company’s efforts on the issues of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and social responsibility. Through the network and initiatives promoted by the Foundation, Dulevo will contribute to fostering a culture based on respect for people, the prevention of discrimination and the promotion of inclusive behaviour.
‘Sustainability is the ability to meet current needs without compromising the resources of future generations,’ says Francesca Bertini, Sustainability & Legal Manager at Dulevo.
This vision also guides the company’s approach to social sustainability. The achievement of UNI/PdR 125 certification for gender equality and membership of the Fondazione Libellula confirm the company’s commitment to translating ESG principles into concrete actions, promoting a working environment founded on fairness, respect and the empowerment of people. As Francesca Bertini emphasises, creating sustainable value also depends on the ability to generate a positive and lasting impact on people, the organisation and the corporate culture.
