Method and place of processing of collected data

Processing methods

The Data Controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data.Your personal data will be processed using electronic and/or computerised instruments, according to organisational procedures and logics that are strictly tied to the indicated purposes. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, other subjects involved in the organisation of this Website (administrative staff, sales agents, marketing staff, legal staff, system administrators) or external parties (such as third party technical service providers, mail carriers, hosting providers, IT companies, media agencies) may have access to your data, including Data Processors appointed, if necessary, by the Data Controller. Location

Data Retention Period

Data are processed and stored for the time required by the purposes for which they were collected.

Therefore:

  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the performance of a contract between the Data Controller and the User will be retained until the performance of such contract is completed and until the rights arising under such contract are terminated, or until the legal retention obligations, for example relating to accounting records and the documents on which they are based, expire, whichever is the later.
  • Personal Data collected for purposes related to the legitimate interest of the Data Controller will be retained until such interest is satisfied. Personal data processed: first name, last name, role, company, address (including country, province, city), telephone, email address, personal, educational and professional experience information contained in the curriculum vitae, any additional data entered by the User in his/her message and/or curriculum vitae.

Dulevo intends to use, to the extent permitted by the applicable legislation, the User's Data for commercial communication purposes in various forms of advertising, also in relation to the User's interests.

User Rights

Users may exercise certain rights with respect to the Data processed by the Data Controller.
