Thanks to its articulated steering and compact size, the D.zero² 4.7 t provides excellent manoeuvrability even in the tightest spaces. The tight turning radius facilitates operations in historic centres, pedestrian areas, car parks, narrow streets and areas with obstacles, allowing it to precisely follow the profile of the area to be cleaned.

D.zero² 4.7 t is a fully-electric sweeper powered by lithium-ion batteries with Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) technology. This technology combines safety, reliability and long life, offering a solution designed for professional use and intensive sweeping cycles.

LFP technology guarantees good stability even at high charge levels, a long service life and high reliability over time. The battery can also undergo regeneration processes, helping to optimise its performance and operating life.

D.zero² 4.7 t is available with three charging configurations: on-board charger, external charger and fast external charger. This solution allows you to adapt the charging methods to different operational needs, enhancing the flexibility of the machine even in case of intensive use or over multiple shifts.

All charging systems are three-phase and use the COMBO CCS connector, for AC charging via an on-board charger or DC charging via an external charger. A solution that helps ensure longer availability of the sweeper throughout the whole working day.

The D.zero² 4.7 t cabin is designed to offer comfort, ergonomics and safety during sweeping operations. Easy access, intuitive controls and full on-board equipment ensure convenience throughout the entire work shift.

The ergonomics of the driving position facilitates the management of the main functions of the sweeper and helps make the operator's work easier and more comfortable.

The Human Machine Interface of the D.zero² 4.7 t makes the control of the sweeper simple, intuitive and immediate. The multifunction joystick and the controls integrated into the armrest allow the operator to manage the main sweeping functions directly from the driving position.

The preset Easy Start, Eco, Standard, Heavy and Boost working modes allow you to quickly adapt the machine's operation to different operating conditions, streamlining performance, consumption and efficiency.

The working functions can be activated using the buttons located on the armrest.

The Standby function allows the operator to exit the set working mode at any time and move to another location without speed limitations. After 10 seconds of inactivity, the machine automatically activates the Auto-Standby function, helping to optimise energy usage.

D.zero² 4.7 t is designed to simplify maintenance of the electric sweeper and help reduce machine downtime. Brushless electric motors dedicated to traction, suction and services reduce the need for maintenance and ensure efficient and reliable operation.

The Dulevo Telematic telemetry system allows the machine's main parameters to be monitored remotely, facilitating fleet management, maintenance planning, and operational performance control.

The D.zero² 4.7 t integrates several solutions designed to reduce the environmental impact of cleaning operations. The fully electric drive helps reduce local emissions and noise emissions during sweeping operations.

The use of biodegradable hydraulic oil reduces the environmental impact in the event of spills. The water recirculation system reintroduces drain water into the suction mouth, helping to significantly reduce water consumption while working.

The dust control system also ensures high filtration performance, as certified by the EUnited PM2.5/PM10 tests, for effective management of the fine particles generated during sweeping.

The D.zero² 4.7 t sweeping system combines high suction power, an adjustable suction mouth and high-performance brushes to ensure effective collection of various types of waste.

The strong suction fan and the mouth equipped with a front flap allow you to adapt the inlet to the volume of the collected material, maintaining high suction capacity during work.

The push brush system achieves a cleaning width from 1,750 to 3,200 mm, reaching 3,400 mm with the third brush. Brush extensions can be used individually or simultaneously, offering greater flexibility in different applications.

The ground pressure of the brushes can be adjusted directly from the cabin, allowing the operator to adapt performance to the characteristics of the surface and of the material to be collected.

The suction mouth is equipped with an adjustable front flap that adapts to the volume of waste collected, helping to maintain high suction capacity. The height of the inlet can be adjusted to four different levels, depending on the type and quantity of material to be collected.
