Dulevo’s commitment
Dulevo contributes to this effort by integrating sustainability principles into its industrial activities and product development, in line with the most relevant SDGs.
Energy and climate
The installation of a 950 kWp photovoltaic system at the headquarters will cover approximately 60% of the company’s total energy requirements, contributing to the reduction of emissions and the path towards decarbonisation by 2030.
To complement this initiative, the adoption of a Power Quality system improves efficiency and operational continuity, supporting a more sustainable use of energy.
In collaboration with the KilometroVerdeParma Consorzio, Dulevo has launched a corporate reforestation project called ‘Bosco Dulevo’. Over 1,200 native trees have been planted across an area of 13,000 square metres to create an ecological corridor near the factory. Bosco Dulevo has been awarded PEFC certification.
An irrigation well has been constructed to increase water self-sufficiency for irrigation purposes. The project helps to reduce water withdrawals from the mains supply, promoting a more responsible and sustainable management of water resources.
For Dulevo, health and safety are core values. The company promotes risk prevention, ensures safe working environments and fosters a shared culture of safety, supported by targeted training initiatives.
In collaboration with Bologna Business School, we have launched the “Sustainability Transition” training programme to promote ESG expertise and encourage responsible innovation, supported by further training courses designed to guide the integration of sustainability into decision-making processes.
Dulevo promotes initiatives to support the local area and encourages its staff to get involved in activities of social value. Through initiatives aimed at the local community and corporate volunteering projects, the company fosters active and responsible participation, strengthening its connection with the area in which it operates.

The certification aims to bring about a cultural shift within organisations to promote gender equality, overcome stereotypes and empower female talent for the benefit of economic and social growth. Dulevo shares this objective and has incorporated a dedicated strategic plan into its corporate policy.
A key feature of sustainability governance at Dulevo is the network of ESG Ambassadors, who act as links between the company's management and the various operational departments. Their role is to promote a culture of sustainability within the company, gathering feedback, encouraging active participation and ensuring that ESG initiatives are integrated into all business processes.
Dulevo is committed to establishing an effective prevention and control mechanism designed to promote transparency, legality and accountability, and contributes to the creation of a healthy corporate environment based on trust and integrity. The company has adopted a Code of Ethics that sets out principles and rules of conduct, supported by whistleblowing channels for the secure and confidential reporting of any potential violations.
The company has initiated a supplier engagement programme aimed at embedding sustainability principles throughout the value chain. This approach promotes the establishment of more responsible agreements, strengthens the resilience of the supply chain, and contributes progressively to the reduction of Scope 3 emissions.
FAYAT NOW and our commitment to decarbonisation
FAYAT NOW aims to reduce GHG emissions (Scopes 1, 2, and 3) by 30% by 2030, compared to 2022, across all Group countries and business lines. Dulevo contributes to this goal through energy efficiency measures, product electrification, and the increased use of energy from renewable sources.
