The D.zero² 3.5t uses lithium-ion batteries with lithium-iron-phosphate (LiFePO4 or LFP) technology, a chemistry designed to provide high stability, reliability and long-lasting durability.

LFP technology guarantees increased tolerance to high state-of-charge and high-voltage conditions and is a proven solution for intensive use professional applications. Battery technology also helps keep costs down and facilitates regeneration operations, helping to optimise the machine's life cycle.

The D.zero² 3.5 t has three charging solutions to meet different operational needs: on-board charger, external charger and fast external charger. A flexible configuration that allows you to organise charging based on work shifts and usage patterns, keeping the electric sweeper available longer.

All battery chargers are three-phase and use a COMBO CCS connection, compatible with AC charging via the on-board charger and DC charging via an external charger.

The cabin of the D.zero² 3.5 t is designed to ensure comfort, visibility and safety throughout the entire work shift. The ergonomic driving environment integrates intuitive controls and features designed to facilitate cleaning operations and reduce operator fatigue.

Large front and side glass surfaces improve visibility of the work area, while the adjustable seat and steering column allow the driving position to be configured according to the operator's needs.

The machine also comes with automatic air conditioning and heating, electric adjustable and heated mirrors, rear-view camera, suction mouth camera and lighting, LED headlights and a reverse pedal integrated into the cabin floor.

The Human Machine Interface (HMI) of the D.zero² 3.5 t is designed to make control of the sweeper simple, intuitive and immediate. The multifunction joystick and the ergonomically integrated controls in the armrest allow the operator to manage the main sweeping functions directly from the driving position.

The pre-set Easy Start, Eco, Standard, Heavy and Boost working modes allow you to quickly adapt the machine's behaviour to different operating conditions, streamlining performance and efficiency.

The Standby function allows you to temporarily exit the set working mode and to move without speed limitations. Auto-Standby sets in automatically after 10 seconds of inactivity.

The D.zero² 3.5 t is designed to reduce maintenance requirements and to keep the machine available. Brushless electric motors for traction, suction, and service reduce the need for maintenance and contribute to long-term reliability.

The presence of the Dulevo Telematic integrated telemetry system also allows the main machine parameters to be monitored remotely, facilitating handling of maintenance activities and helping to reduce downtime.

The D.zero² 3.5 t integrates design solutions aimed at reducing the environmental impact of the cleaning operations. The use of an electric propulsion system helps reduce local emissions and, together with the other technologies adopted, makes the machine particularly suitable for urban environments.

The D.zero² 3.5 t uses biodegradable hydraulic oil, which reduces the environmental impact in the event of any spills, and implements solutions to reduce noise during work.

The water recirculation system reintroduces drain water into the suction mouth, significantly reducing consumption. The dust control system also has obtained certification for the EUnited PM2.5/PM10 tests.

The D.zero² 3.5 t sweeping system combines push brushes, a strong suction fan and an adjustable suction mouth to ensure high collection performance on different types of waste and surfaces.

The cleaning width can reach 3,200 mm, starting from a minimum configuration of 1,750 mm. The brush extensions can be used independently or simultaneously, while the brush ground pressure can be adjusted directly from the cabin to adapt the work to different operating conditions.

The suction mouth is equipped with a self-adjustable front flap, designed to adapt to the volume of waste collected and maintain high suction capacity. The inlet height can be set to four different levels, depending on the type and quantity of material to be collected, improving the efficiency of the suction system and the quality of cleaning.
