The D6 Veloce uses the Dulevo mechanical-suction filtering collection system, designed to guarantee effective and continuous sweeping in different operating and seasonal conditions. The combination of mechanical technology, suction, and filtration allows the machine to collect various types of materials, from dust and sand to heavier, bulkier waste, while maintaining high performance even in the most demanding urban applications.

The D6 Veloce sweeper reaches a travel speed of up to 80 km/h, taking movement quickness to a new level for a street sweeper. The electronically-controlled two-speed mechanical gearbox allows you to choose the configuration best suited to your use: the first gear is dedicated to sweeping and travel up to approximately 40 km/h, while the second gear allows you to reach 80 km/h when driving on the road. An ideal solution for services provided over large territories, where reducing travel time means a tangible increase in productivity.

Engaging four-wheel steering makes the D6 Veloce particularly manoeuvrable in the most complex urban spaces. The system improves manoeuvrability when sweeping, while rear axle realignment and locking allow the vehicle to be configured for high-speed travel. Agility is also bolstered by an ergonomic driving position, touchscreen and joystick, with simplified functions and customisable sweeping programs.

The D6 Veloce integrates solutions designed to maintain stability and control even during high-speed transfers. Rear air suspension and anti-roll bars help maintain stable handling both with the machine loaded and empty. The steering rear axle is automatically realigned and locked for travel. The braking system with independent ABS on all four wheels also ensures effective braking control, even on surfaces with poor grip, while the redundancy of the pneumatic system enhances operational safety.

The D-TEX filtration system is designed to trap even the finest particles generated during sweeping. The large filtration surface area ensures a high dust-collection capacity, helping to maintain consistent suction performance and return cleaner air to the environment.

The ePTFE membrane guarantees filtration efficiency and suction capacity. By combining the ePTFE membrane with the polyester structure, the latter is more uniform and thus allows more homogeneous filtration of even PM10, PM5, PM2.5 and up to PM1 particles.
The membrane surface allows a greater release of dust, reduces the possibility of clogging and thus ensures a more constant suction flow.

D-TEX ULTRA

The homogeneous structure of the PTFE filter, its light weight and the lack of polyester support guarantee:

• greater water resistance

Dust tends to detach from the walls more easily and thereby the suction flow always works at maximum performance even in rainy or very humid conditions.

The wide cleaning path allows you to cover more surface area with each pass, increasing sweeping productivity. The ability to work effectively on different types of dirt also allows for a reduction in the number of passes required, helping to reduce operating times and the cost per kilometre of sweeping.

The Load Sensing system and electronic management of the hydraulic functions allow the required power to be delivered efficiently, avoiding unnecessary absorption. The result is optimised operation and low noise levels, with noise emissions below 100 dB, for greater comfort during sweeping activities.

The mechanical-suction-filtering system allows the D6 Veloce to work even without using water, drastically reducing consumption and promoting more environmentally friendly and waste-saving sweeping. Furthermore, waterless collection avoids increasing the weight of the waste as the collected material, free of liquids, is lighter when unloaded, helping to reduce management and transportation costs. The absence of water also limits the formation of scaling due to the mixing of waste and liquids, reducing maintenance requirements and facilitating cleaning operations of the machine.

The possibility of working with limited or no water usage reduces the need for frequent refills and related operational stops. The D6 Veloce can therefore dedicate more actual time to sweeping, increasing machine availability and overall service efficiency.

The D6 Veloce cabin is designed to make the operator's work easier and more comfortable. The large touchscreen panel, the joystick and ergonomic driving position allow the main functions to be managed intuitively. The default sweeping settings — Eco, Standard, Boost and Leaves — can be adapted to different working conditions, allowing the machine to be configured according to operational needs.

The Euro 6E diesel engine and the Load Sensing system help to optimise energy consumption and power use while working. The absence or significant reduction in water use, coupled with the efficiency of the mechanical suction-filtering system, helps reduce the machine's operational impact and keeps sweeping service costs down.
