The polyester fabric bag filter allows the machine to be used for long hours without clogging. While its filtering capacity of about 3 microns also allows the re-introduce only clean air into the environment.

PES + Eptfe membrane

The ePTFE membrane guarantees filtration efficiency and suction capacity. By combining the ePTFE membrane with the polyester structure, the latter is more uniform and thus allows more homogeneous filtration of even PM10, PM5, PM2.5 and up to PM1 particles.
The membrane surface allows a greater release of dust, reduces the possibility of clogging and thus ensures a more constant suction flow.

Dust tends to detach from the walls more easily and thereby the suction flow always works at maximum performance even in rainy or very humid conditions.

The mechanical suction-filtering system allows the 6000 to work even without using water, drastically reducing consumption and promoting more environmentally friendly and waste-saving sweeping. Furthermore, waterless collection avoids increasing the weight of the waste as the collected material, free of liquids, is lighter when unloaded, helping to reduce management and transportation costs. The absence of water also limits the formation of scaling due to the mixing of waste and liquids, reducing maintenance requirements and facilitating cleaning operations of the machine.

Limited or no use of water make it possible to drastically reduce or even eliminate H20 refill times required by conventional PM10&2,5 removal systems.

The machine is equipped with a synchronised steering system on all four wheels which ensures high manoeuvrability and allows the vehicle's behaviour to be adapted to different operational needs. The possibility of switching between 2- and 4-wheel steering offers the perfect balance between stability, precision and agility, even in the most hard-to-reach areas. This technology also reduces leakage of debris when cornering by compensating for the lateral drag of the central brush and keeping it in the optimal trajectory with respect to the axis of curvature, for greater sweeping effectiveness in all conditions.

The independent side brushes allow the machine to be configured according to different operational needs, ensuring maximum versatility in any work environment. The possibility of extending the sweeping width up to 2,600 mm and the automatic retraction system ensure greater efficiency, precision and protection of the brushes even in the most demanding operating conditions.

Each component of the machine has been designed to ensure quick and intuitive access, simplifying maintenance operations and helping to reduce operating costs.

The machine is equipped as per standard with the Dulevo Telematic remote telemetry system, which allows you to efficiently monitor the performance and operating status of the vehicle. Dedicated inspection doors and the tilting of the cabin further facilitate inspection and maintenance interventions.

Even the most frequent operations have been designed to be quick and practical: brush disassembly requires a small amount of tools, while the transport washing system allows to maintain its enduring cleanliness and efficiency.

To ensure consistent performance in all weather conditions, an optional system for emptying the irrigation system in case of frost is available, while the filter shaking system helps maintain high filtering efficiency.

The cabin structure is designed to offer maximum operating comfort, ensuring excellent visibility for the operator and reduced vibration and noise levels.

The machine is equipped with two symmetrically adjustable seats with dampened suspension, while the adjustable steering column allows each operator to find the most ergonomic and comfortable driving position.

The colour rearview camera with in-cab view improves safety and visibility when manoeuvring.

The driving and sweeping controls are intuitive, easily accessible and arranged according to ergonomic criteria, to make every operation simple and precise.

The cabin tilting system provides quick access to the engine compartment and main mechanical components, simplifying maintenance operations.
